Marriage Contract: prior to or during the marriage, spouses may enter into a marriage contract to alter their rights and obligations regarding the division of assets, spousal support, and other matters.

Each parent is responsible for different areas of decision-making. For example, one parent makes decisions about the child's health and another parent makes decisions about the child's education.

PARENTING TIME

Liberal Parenting Time: where separating parents have had an amicable separation, or can cooperate with one another, parenting time arrangements can be left open and flexible, rather than having a formalized schedule.
