Negin Shahraki
As the founder and principal lawyer of OneLegal Professional Corporation, Negin Shahraki is a passionate and dedicated advocate for family law. Her journey into this complex and fulfilling field began during law school, where she discovered her calling to support individuals through some of life’s most challenging times. With a deep appreciation for the human element of family law, Negin is committed to guiding clients through difficult moments, offering personalized solutions that reflect each individual’s unique circumstances. Negin’s expertise covers a broad range of family law issues, including asset division, spousal support, child custody, decision-making responsibility, and financial disputes. Whether representing clients in the courtroom or facilitating mediation, Negin excels at providing strategic advice and advocating for amicable solutions. She brings a specialized focus on the financial complexities of separation—helping business owners safeguard their assets before and after separation. With her background as a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) trainee and an MBA candidate, Negin has a keen understanding of financial matters that enhances her ability to create effective and tailored solutions for each client. Beyond her legal practice, Negin is an active member of the Iranian-Canadian community and serves as the Treasurer of the Iranian Canadian Legal Professionals (ICLP). Fluent in Farsi, she is committed to improving access to justiceand supporting the community in Canada. Negin is also an avid traveler, dedicated to exploring diverse cultures and forming meaningful connections with people worldwide. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and staying active at the gym.
